The law firm of Blackstone Partners, Nigeria was founded by Remi Ogunmefun, a lawyer of twenty-four years experience in Financial and Business law practice. Graduated with honours from the University of Ife, Nigeria in 1980 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1981. A member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Management. Holds an MBA in Strategic Management and an Alumnus of the Columbia Business School, Columbia University, New York, USA. |
Served previously as Government Counsel and for 16 years was the Chief Legal Counsel of Universal Trust Bank Plc, in addition to managing the Bank’s Government business relationships for five years. The business direction of our firm focuses on understanding the clients problems, solving them with a strategic combination of legal, business and political skills.
